A good news for all Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) students who are struggling to submit their assignments. IGNOU assignment submission last date 2019-20 has been extended as per a latest announcement from IGNOU.

The last date for submission of IGNOU assignments, for students eligible to appear in the Term End Exam (TEE) June 2020 is extended from present date of submission (that is 30 April, 2020) to 31 May, 2020.
Similar extension has also been given for submission of Projects, Dissertations, Journals etc.

It is important to note that earlier, IGNOU had invited students to submit a scanned copy of their hand-written assignments via Email directly to their respective study centers. However, currently there are no clarifications whether students still need to email the scanned copies to study centers or should wait for the lockdown to end, so they can personally submit their handwritten assignments at their IGNOU study center.
